ACCOUNTING SERVICE SUPERVISOR
A. JOB POSITION

B. JOB OBJECTIVES
To prepare and carry out all related functions in respect of financial and management accounting, strategic planning, risk control and compliance, including but not limited to the preparation and production of financial statements, its relevant analysis and supporting services, in accordance to applicable standards, policies and regulations.
C. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Supervise the daily operation of financial accounting functions, including but not limited to invoicing, collection, disbursement, and settlement.
- Supervise both internal and external coordination and correspondences relating to the process and procedures of financial accounting functions.
- Review and validate all relevant underlying documents of financial accounting transactions prepared and/or made by the subordinates.
- Review all journal entries made by subordinates to ensure proper recognition of financial transactions.
- Review, maintain, and validate all relevant working papers of the financial statements (listing, schedules, and reconciliations).
- Prepare and responsible for the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare all adjustment journals (if necessary) for the month-end and year-end-close purposes.
- Produce, review, and report the monthly and annual financial statements and its performance analysis.
- Supervise the administration of all financial accounting documentations and filing processes.
- Assist with audit preparation for the full set accounts of the financial statements.
- Develop and maintain divisional improvement systems (job duties, SOPs, KPIs, appraisal).
- Support the subordinates by providing effective coaching, training, and counseling, to advance employee engagement and to develop a high performing management team.
- Maintain good relationships with external parties on reporting requirements and compliance.
- Other ad-hoc assignments by the Superior or Management.
D. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting major, post graduate degree and/or holding relevant certification will be preferable.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive working experience in similar role in the related field (ex. Consultant or Auditor is preferable).
- Having good knowledge, solid technical experience, and proven track record in financial accounting principles, reporting, and compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Minimum of business level English conversant (proficiency in Mandarin will be preferable).
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office package.
- Attention to details, excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong business integrity, accountability, and holds sensitive information in confidence.

ACCOUNTING SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER

B. JOB OBJECTIVES
To prepare and carry out all related functions in respect of financial and management accounting, strategic planning, risk control and compliance, including but not limited to the preparation and production of financial statements, its relevant analysis and supporting services, in accordance to applicable standards, policies and regulations.
In this full-time position, the selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in leading, managing, and overseeing all comprehensive financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance, including insightful reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and the development of internal control policies, as well as enforcing financial control frameworks to ensure financial stability for the Clients served. His/her expertise will play a key role in helping the Clients to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and investment, all while upholding strong financial discipline.
C. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Financial and Management Accounting
- Manage the daily operation of financial accounting functions, including but not limited to invoicing, collection, disbursement, and settlement.
- Manage both internal and external coordination and correspondences relating to the process and procedures of financial and management accounting functions.
- Manage the process of review and validation of all relevant underlying documents of financial accounting transactions prepared and/or made by the subordinates.
- Manage the preparation and responsibility for the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review of the general ledger to ensure proper account codes are being used and postings to correct ledger accounts are being made, according to their nature of transaction.
- Review of revenue, costs, and expenses to ensure full accountability, especially the accounting’s revenue-cost matching principle in relation to the recognition of sales and their corresponding value added taxes, inventory reconciliation, and accruals.
- Review of the calculation, recording, and adjustment of inventory and cost of goods manufactured and sold to ensure the accuracy of the position of the value of these accounts.
- Review of cash and bank books, and their reconciliations to ensure accuracy of the actual funds position against the accounting records/ledgers.
- Review of the fixed assets and depreciation/amortization schedules, and their reconciliations against the accounting records/ledgers, and propose the adjusting entries, if necessary.
- Review of the balance sheet’s schedules and/or listings, and their reconciliations against the accounting records/ledgers, including group/intercompany’s balances, and propose the adjusting entries, if necessary.
- Review of the closing adjustment entry(s), if any, and ensure correct postings to the general ledger.
- Prepare the necessary accounts clean-up process to ensure the accountability of the financials.
- Coordinate with the relevant team to reflect the adjustment and/or accounts clean-up findings, if any, into the general ledger and/or relevant working papers.
- Financial Strategic Planning
- Formulate and execute the company’s financial strategy to support overall business objectives.
- Review of the Company’s annual budget and rolling budget adjustment (variance), including capital expenditures, operating expenditures, and working capital management, to maintain financial stability and sustainability.
- Review of the management reporting package, including management accounts and performance matrix, to provide timely, precise, and actionable recommendations to management.
- Review of the transaction authorization matrix and the cash management practice (schedule of collection and disbursement).
- Assist the Director of Finance or Chief Financial Officer in preparing and presenting financial reports to the owners of the Company, Board members, executive and/or senior management, or stakeholders.
- Business advice generally in respect to financial and accounting review and/or reporting.
- Other ad-hoc assignments by the Superior or Management.
- Risk Control and Compliance
- Identify financial risks and develop strategic financial guidance.
- Review of the internal control system, including job duties, standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, working instructions, and/or policies applicable in the finance and accounting department.
- Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and tax obligations.
- Oversee internal audits and external audits preparation for the full set accounts of the financial statements, promptly addressing any findings or suggestions.
- Maintain good relationships with external parties on reporting requirements and compliance.
- System Optimization
- Implement and manage financial system to optimize operations and improve reporting accuracy.
- Keep updated on financial system advancements and suggest enhancements to current system.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Evaluate (review, manage, and providing helpful feedback for) the finance and accounting department staffs, including financial assistants and accountants.
- Support the subordinates by providing effective coaching, training, and counseling, to advance employee engagement and to develop a high performing management team.
- Participate in in-depth discussions with owners of the Company, Board members, executive and/or senior management in the finance and accounting department to identify potential issues and/or propose potential improvement plans, as necessary, based on high level observation and/or review of the current business process, financial and accounting systems used, manpower, and reporting package.

B. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The Practice Consulting is opening an opportunity for experienced legal professionals to join as a Senior Legal Consultant at our Bali regional office. This role will focus on assisting corporate and individual clients across various sectors, providing strategic legal advisory services, and representing clients in both dispute resolution and legal compliance matters.
C. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a legal consultant or at a law firm.
- Licensed Advocate (PERADI) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of business law, labor law, land law, and contract law.
- Ability to draft and review legal documents: contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and legal memos.
- Capable of conducting legal due diligence and providing legal risk mitigation strategies.
- Willing to be based in Bali and travel for business assignments as needed.
