Irawanto has more than 15 years of combined experiences in various industries and functions. The experience gained from the full engagement in strategic planning, corporate finance, and enterprise financial management for property business, shipping and mining industries, and investment banking. He has proven experience in performing project feasibility analysis and financial modeling, corporate annual budgeting and budget controlling system, management reporting, market research and development, credit ratings, fundraising, and also assisting in business process setup and improvement systems.
Irawanto holds a Master Degree in Financial Management from the Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.

Ismi started her career as an external auditor and with experienced in financial reporting, assisting for a general audit of financial statement and agreed upon procedure (AUP) for reporting KPPK and others Accounting matters. She holds Bachelor Degree from University of Trisakti, Faculty of Economics, majoring Accounting. A highly passionate and committed to assisting the Clients.
