The Practice was asked to roll out and develop a detailed biofuels business proposal to develop a Biodiesel project in Indonesia.

Beyond the detailed accounting and business modeling process, we were also involved in presenting the project at multiple levels, from formal presentations and discussion groups with senior operational management through to Director level, taking cognizance of the complex issues surrounding the emerging biodiesel sector, securing a reliable procurement of feedstock and the development of a blueprint for a successful off-take agreement.

We assumed a pivotal role in negotiations over the scope and scale of the proposed project, including coordinating suitable production site and market visits, as well as keeping the principal and its financial advisors up to date on developments as and when they occurred leading up to a successful signing of a memorandum of understanding.

The Practice provided full office and administrative support for the client at every stage.
