Wilfred has been providing practical business advice in Indonesia for over 30 years. He has an in-depth knowledge of business practices including tax, accounting and the business realities, problem solving, staff development, cultural, logistic and cross-border sensitivities, and a long-standing record in creative resolution of client needs. His clients have included well-known multi national organizations, as well as smaller entrepreneurial companies, both international and domestic.
The experience gained, both during his time as the Queensland Government Representative in Indonesia, and working with an international Accounting Firm, further enhanced his network and has provided valuable inputs to his clients.
In this context, Wilfred sits on various Advisory Boards, and is often called upon to outline and/or reflect on Indonesian business practices and the Tax and Legal systems.
He graduated with a Commerce Degree from the University of Newcastle in Australia, and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA).

Donny Tomasoa has more than 20 years of experience as a business consultant across a wide range of industries and companies, assisting both multinational and domestic clients. He has assisted clients with company restructuring, business set-up, liquidation, licensing, tender and contract drafting, mediation and dispute resolution, commercial opinions, due diligence, litigation, etc. As a special client service, he also holds various Directors and Commissioners roles, in both private and public companies.
Donny has a Masters Degree in Law, from the University of Padjajaran; he is a licensed Advocate and member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association);
Additionally, He is a Certified Mediator with Pusat Mediasi Nasional (National Mediation Center), and (when he has the time) conducts training and mentoring programmes covering various commercial aspects including legal practicalities, mediation, leadership, company restructurings and other topics.

Irawanto has more than 15 years of combined experiences in various industries and functions. The experience gained from the full engagement in strategic planning, corporate finance, and enterprise financial management for property business, shipping and mining industries, and investment banking. He has proven experience in performing project feasibility analysis and financial modeling, corporate annual budgeting and budget controlling system, management reporting, market research and development, credit ratings, fundraising, and also assisting in business process setup and improvement systems.
Irawanto holds a Master Degree in Financial Management from the Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.

Graduated from State Accounting College (STAN) and reached Bachelor Degree from Gajah Mada University, Faculty of Economy. He is a proven as a tax expert, offers extensive experience in leadership/advisory roles, skilled in leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality of services. His main goal as a professional business advisor to reach at maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes.
Dimas holds the highest level of Tax Professional Certification. He is licensed to represent our clients in the Tax Court and has extensive experienced in tax dispute procedures, including tax audit, tax objections, tax appeals, and litigation at the tax court.

Graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Trisakti, she has extensive experience in advising clients on related to Corporate Commercial / Mergers, acquisitions, liquidations; Banking & Finance.
She also proven as advisor to Capital Markets & Securities in a variety of industries including banking, consumer goods and services and also Corporate Secretarial matters. A highly passionate professional with a good knowledge in Business Advisory area.

Drio has 15 years experiences in Accounting & Finance. With an Accounting background graduated from Polytechnic, University of Indonesia. He is an expertise in Various Accounting & Finance matters.

A highly passionate and has extensive experienced in customer relations and hospitality industry. Graduated from University Indonesia. Also proven as a great administrator with her current responsibility for various matters of the Office & General Operations, Learning & Development and HR Administrator.
