A medium sized mining owner and operator came to us with a series of issues.

As the relationship has developed and grown over a period of 12 months, The Practice has assumed the following multiple functions:

• advisor in the establishment of a new joint venture company,
• tax planner and providing assistance and an overview with compliance work;
• advisor on a range of HR issues, including termination and recruitment;
• liaison with bankers and investors;
• company restructuring including assistance with the incorporation of new companies to accommodate new activities;
• liaising with suppliers and contractors in respect to financial and tax efficiencies.
