Transportation

The Practice has been integrally involved in the establishment of a joint venture including:

• the Investment Board approval process,
• liaison between the JV partners,
• administrative and payment services (including the arranging of facilities such as accommodation and transport),
• on-ground support for the foreign partner and its seconded staff,
• tax advice on compliance matters,
• tendering processes, and
• various aspects related to the corporate structuring.
